Shipping charges are added to each order - all domestic orders are shipped USPS, tracking will be provided to you if available. Insurance is not included on your package, though we will always do our best to help you with any customer service questions and needs. We are not be responsible for any lost, or damaged shipment.
International orders may be subject to tariffs, import duties, or international taxes outside the United States of America. After leaving the US, your package may not be traceable as it enters a new postal delivery service. You should receive your package within 1-6 weeks of purchase; we'll do our best to provide you with an ETA on your package once it's shipped via email.
If you have a problem with your order for any reason, reach out to us within the first week of receiving it so we can make it right.

If you are unhappy with the fit, we'll do our best to help you exchange your items for the perfect fit, or make adjustments to your harness.
Exchange/ adjustment shipping cost may be added.
